A New Matrix Care Service Is On the Way

We are working on a fifth Matrix Care service line for Fredericton and the surrounding area. Here is what we can share so far.

Something new is in the works

Matrix Care started with a simple idea: bring reliable, screened, and trained help directly into the homes and businesses of Fredericton, one service line at a time. Seniors Care, Cleaning, Wheel Service, and Appliances came first, and we are now building a fifth line to round out what we offer.

Why we build one line at a time

Every Matrix Care service is backed by the same standards: caregivers and technicians who are screened and trained before they are matched with a client, clear communication before any work begins, and follow-up after. Rather than launching several new lines at once and stretching that standard thin, we build and prove out one at a time.

What stays the same

Whatever this new line ends up being, it will be backed by the same team and the same promise the rest of Matrix Care already runs on: people who show up when they say they will, and a company that stays in touch after the work is done, not just before it is booked.

What is next

We are not ready to share every detail yet, but we wanted our clients and neighbours in Fredericton to know that something is coming rather than have it appear with no notice. Keep an eye on this page and our other channels for updates as launch gets closer.
